Welcome to the Town of Lebanon, Maine Volunteer Fire Department website.  We are a volunteer municipal fire department that provides a wide variety of services by an outstanding and dedicated group of volunteers.         

Whether you are visiting our website for business reasons or just browsing for pleasure, we hope that you will find useful information about the services we provide.  The Lebanon Fire Department is committed to the safety of our citizens and travelers.  Our goal is to keep this website informative for people of all ages.           Lebanon is located in Southern, Maine bordering; Rochester & Milton, NH, Acton, Berwick, North Berwick, and Sanford, Maine; Lebanon is home to approximately 7,000 permanent residents and nearly 14,000 in the summer months.   Lebanon is approximately 55.8 square miles, 54.7 miles of land and 1.1 miles of water.  We operate out of two stations, Central Station located at the intersection of Depot Road and Upper Cross Road which houses two Attack Engines, one Pumper/Tanker, and one Forestry Unit.  Station two located on Carl Broggi Highway near the New Hampshire state line houses one Pumper/Tanker and the towns two Ambulances operated by the Lebanon Rescue Squad.

The Lebanon Fire Dept & Ladies Auxiliary will be having a Bean Supper on Saturday February 9, 2008 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at the East Lebanon Fire Station.  Adults: $6.00   Senior Citizens: $5.00  Children (6-12) $4.00  5 and under FREE!!!!!  Come and support your Volunteer Fire Department.

A burn permit is needed all year round for all outside burning.  If you have any questions reference outside burning, please contact any of the town Fire Wardens or the Maine Department of Conservation.
